Does it mean that now speed build makes much more sense for her? But in this case new relic set is not option anymore?

It allows for non conditional first turn ult + 60% team CD buff + some free energy added.
and then what? unless you’re clearing within that first robin ult, good luck building her next one. robin LC gives almost a second energy rope and also gives a comparable buff to team.
it might be good for gigawhaled speedruns making use of 0 AV robin ult in the 0th cycle. but the people that consider using this on robin are stressing over action value, not cycles.
So tribbie is kinda unplayable without her Lc. Mainly because of the energy issue. She probably wouldn’t be able to ult first turn and also might have issues getting ult before 3 turns cuz 180 energy
From what i’ve seen, she can first turn ult, but that is going after all her teammates, with her lightcone she is able to give full buff from her kit and also 60% crit damage right away before them all.
Yeah it kinda rough for f2p, and the most f2p i can think of top my head probably DDD obviously but the energy would be rough without external help, for energy herself 3 star Meshing Cogs suitable but also consider this her spd so slow cuz she built that way, or 4 star Dreamville but mostly she always using basic atk most of time, so basic atk dps suitable in this scenario. Everything else is suck.
