Looks like a F2P LC option for Robin… and no one else haha. Potentially her best alternative to her signature I would say at S5. Attack boost increases her attack buff, and she will likely deal decent damage during her ultimate so the damage bonus has a use. It would be competing with the 3 star Cogs, same as with nearly every harmony. Not sure which would be better, depends on how bad Robin needs the energy. She has a high Ult cost but tons of energy gains in her kit to compensate, so we will have to see.
