    • For Yao Guang, it is not better than Mushy Shroomy or the battlepass LC. The key phrase in the lightcone is: “on one ally character”, so Yao Guang’s team-wide buffs do not proc its effect. YG also doesn’t use ATK in her kit so this lightcone truly provides her with no value.

    • No, it’s not. She does’t use the main stat that it gives (ATK) and can’t proc it’s secondary effect. Presumably this is a “powerful” free LC for EMC when we get them, since they’re supposed to be in the Elation support role.
