Typically at this point the kit is pretty concrete bar a few buffs/nerfs, Major beta changes like Jingliu are rare
I do hope Argenti gets a slight rework though, his double ult concept is cool but not incredible as is

How does his ultimate work? He has like two ults in his kit. I’m guessing you can activate his Ultimate when you’re half energy and the other stronger one when it’s full, right?
Yeah, I think you can choose one out of two type like physical MC when full energy and weaker version when half energy.
There are 2 possibility
One is you choose between the 2 like mc
Or it’s 2 in one ult where if you have 90 energy you have the 1st ult but if you overstack it (prob like Pokemon go) you’ll have the 2nd ult
Argenti seems like an interesting unit, Massive ult nuke and reasonable crowd clear skill, but unfortunately still suffering from erudition and backloaded dmg
His ult multiplier is pretty ridiculous (280%+6*95%) but it has to be for something that takes so long to get
He’ll desperately need ERR to do dmg, so you’ll want the 124% from panacony ornament and an ERR rope
With 124% ERR and 3 enemies on field he’ll get 48 energy per Skill so he can 4 turn ult
As someone who needs energy he’ll really appreciate Tingyun and Huohuo as well as quid pro quo
Tingyun restores 50 energy to him (I’m unsure if his ERR affects this) and Huohuo restores 36 energy to him so they’re both wanted
Hanya Asta and Bronya should all work fairly well for their offensive buffs
His skill is at least better than Jing Yuan’s as it has a slightly higher multiplier and restores more energy, so he’ll be a good trash clearer
The Argentinian Knight of Beauty won’t be bad as he is, but I’m hoping for some reworks because right now his damage is extremely backloaded

One thing bugging me is, we still don’t know what Ascend does. We’re missing a piece of the puzzle here.

Going by E1, and the fact that his kit didn’t change much since his first leaks, Ascend stacks seems to be the crit rate buff.
Ascend can stack up to 10 times and each gives 2.5 crit rate
But we dont know how long it last

what’s the best planar ornament set for him? is it salsotto or something else? im kinda stupid and dont rly understand what his main source of damage
probably 50/50 in skill and ult dmg, so its hard to recommend
I’d say panacony, since he desperately needs energy and I assume the 10% element dmg applies to self

most of his damage comes from his ult, I would say salsotto is the safest option because of the crit rate, he increases his own crit rate with passive but is not going to be enough, he also doesn’t even get crit rate or crit damage traces, so he is looking difficult to build… Another option is rutilant arena, but you need to get 70% crit rate and without traces I don’t see that happening, but technically it would help his skill and basic attack, that way he doesn’t need to depend of his ult that much. There is also a new set that increases energy regeneration, useful for him, overrall is more like support set but it can be useful for high energy needs
Boxing relic set already give him enough ATK so… Salsotto is the best in slot for him, just use ER rope.
Random targeting ult, 180 ult cost, shit traces and pretty ass multipliers for everything except his ult. Midyuan 2.0 looks promising.
