My e6 Clara is becoming the goat again with this cone
It’s so nice that without any spd subs, this cone still puts her right below the poet set threshold.
Assuming the numbers on his e1 and signature stay the same, his e1 makes him faster than if he had his s1’s base speed increase in his ult form. I guess the upside is speed outside of ult but odds are you’re running Sunday and/or Bronya for tons of turns and stacks anyways. The e1 also gives 15% RES PEN which is harder to get than more damage %.
Someone correct the dmg numbers on the blazing sun buff it’s supposed to be 60% at S1 gosh I can’t even 😭
Besides the base ATK and increase to base speed isn’t this lightcone kinda ass? I mean 18% def ignore is what around a 10% damage increase and a 18% DMG increase is on the smaller side when it comes to 5 star lightcones even “On the Fall of an Aeon” has 24% or am I missing something?
Yes, apart from the stats it’s ass. Similar to Castorice LC. Phainon himself is Extremely good, the most that can be done is to just make his LC a stat stick, or else the power creep from him (already large) will be ridiculous.
Phainon’s Ult turns depend on his base SPD, and if I understood it right that his transformation has the same base SPD as himself, it will normally only have 56.4 SPD, which translates to acting once about every 2 cycles. At S1 this lightcone makes him ~13% faster, so it can be quite helpful unless you are confident about killing everything in a single move.
