Somebody may want a Sparkle
no, archer’s kit already increases skill point limit
with that being said. Sparkle seems like a BiS. i’m wondering if we give him a regen rope, and run him with Sunday + Huohuo he would have a similar performance with being. Archer (Skill + Ult + Skill x 3) + Sunday ult / Huohuo Ult + Archer (Ult + Skill). And then get on to refarm energy buffs and skills. Considering this method you can effectively get all 4 SP from his charge within the next turn. ou 1 later.
He only increases by 1 unlike sparkle, who not only recovers 4 sp but the max sp is increased by 2. If you have her eidolons, increase both of those by 1. Anyway, he’s gonna want 4 skill or more during his turn, so sparkle would most likely be teamed up with him anyway
