It’s a LC that passively buffs the wearer’s teammate(s), making it Harmony (ie. the Path of buffing) seems like a no-brainer. The intention is probably to put it on a support in a dual DPS team, that way the DPSs get to use LCs that boost their damage while getting a crit dmg boost from this as well. The atk boost for the wearer is more situationally useful but still decent.
I think it’s meant to be a F2P/4-star option for Robin if you missed the event LC. Robin, Feixiao, Moze/Topaz/hunt March 7th, and a sustain is meant to be the target team.
I can’t believe they did that again.. putting the cone path different from the character in the art!! it’s a crime
this’ll be good for dual dps teams who scale off crit, but with the attack stat, not many will be able to fully utilize it.
some who I think can best use it are Yukong, Robin, sparkle, bronya and Tingyun. Yukong has a fair amount of dmg so the attack stat isn’t completely wasted. Robin and tingyuns buffs scale with their attack, though tingyun can only do single target buffing. bronya and sparkle scale with cdmg so this helps to lower their threshold for other stats, like speed or def.
Can’t wait to see how well it does in game.
I think this light cone is best suited for Yukong.
It will increase her personal damage in dual harmony teams, and it can work well in addition to her own buffs in dual Nihility, Erudition, Destruction, and Hunt teams.
It can also work for something like Aventurine + March 7th (Preservation) or Aventurine + Fu Xuan E1.
Robin could use this LC, since it gives ATK and let Topaz and Dr Ratio gets extra Crit DMG

is it actually good on anyone? the only chars i can think of are bronya+sparkle, but they aren’t really compatible in most cases
I think its basically the same as that SU relic, its not just for harmony units but if theres same path units in team like Pela and Acheron.
For example, if you have Topaz + Ratio in the team, then they’ll benefit from this LC’s CDmg buff if you have your Robin wearing it.
While it’ll probably work with Bronya + Sparkle, I don’t think the Harmony wearer matching up with another Harmony was the intent.
You can give it to Robin, and effect can buff Topaz and Dr.Ratio or March 7th with new path.
