    • imo star rail need too stay a solo game
      a PvP mode in these type of game make people spend money they don’t have, while being a F2p in star rail feel completely good you don’t have to pull for every characters, cones , eidolons

    • It would suck like most of gacha pvp games would because it would be even bigger p2w than the average mmo. At least in some mmos, p2w isn’t exactly a necessity, and one can get on a certain level through grind alone. Gacha, and this game in particular? Unless they make it so you are facing the player with similar stats/investment as you? It would be pure whale game of bunch of E6S5 accounts competing against each other, because that’s the only type of “fair” competition to be had.
      Not to mention that this game is turn-based in nature so the only type of pvp to be had here is to see who clears a certain enemy/floor faster, but again, one would either need to balance that thing out so the players with similar investment are the one facing each other, otherwise it’s a pure fiasco that’s hardly a proper pvp as much as it is “how much did you spend money on this game” check.

      In short: Keep that crap out of this game.

    • I mean, just look at Genshin. It’s a real-time combat game, and yet the only multiplayer thing they can implement is co-op mode and not player A invading player B’s world like in Dark Souls. Being ravaged by the c6r5/e6s5 all the time would ruin the f2p’s experience in the game. Secondly, even if the Eidolons weren’t a thing, PvP wouldn’t exactly be the sort of content to add in these games where there are multiple characters to play as. The game would be revolving around meta, and new characters would be created only to counter/powercreep existing ones, therefore creating an unbalanced character roster.

  1. can we get max energy listed in the “all characters” page alongside ATK/DEF/HP? to make it easier to see and sort at a glance
