Title | Text |
n/a | An elegant and handsome blond young man who carries a giant coffin on his back. As an intergalactic merchant, he was unfortunately caught in the Xianzhou Luofu's Stellaron crisis. And that is how he found his mastery of medicine to come in handy. |
n/a | "What's your occupation?" "Traveling merchant." "What is the purpose of your entry?" "Commercial business." "Do you vow not to violate the laws and regulations of the Xianzhou Alliance, to conduct business activities in accordance with the law, and not to conduct activities outside the scope of the visa permit?" "Of course. I will follow the law." "Do you vow not to conduct any illegal research related to immortality?" "I... promise." "Great, please sign here." "Mr. Luocha, welcome to the Xianzhou Luofu." |
n/a | "Hey, do you still remember that guy? Came here often, carries a huge box..." "You mean Luocha?" "Yeah, Luocha... He's an Outworlder, right? But from the way he works and speaks, he feels like those older Xianzhou natives. Has he lived here for long? But then again, he had kept his unique and exotic fashion style..." "Who knows? Maybe it's because his blond hair doesn't match the clothing of Xianzhou." He would sometimes think of home. The devils, the church, the insanity... None of those are good memories. People would clamber to high places in groups just so they could witness their city's demise. If everything were to end, then there shall be at least one witness. "Why do you still wear the clothes of your home world?" Someone asked. "It reminds me of the path I must keep treading. That is all," Luocha answered. |
n/a | The people of Xianzhou do not recognize coffins. Each time Luocha emerged on the streets with the coffin, curious gaze followed. If someone were to ask him, "What exactly is this?" Luocha will answer, vaguely, "This is the tool of my trade." "Tool of my trade... I hope I didn't offend you," Luocha stood in a pavilion in the Exalting Sanctum, murmuring to himself, "But then again, our relationship does count as a business relationship, doesn't it?" The coffin responded with silence. |
n/a | Luocha carried the coffin on his back and headed into the distance. The coffin made no sound. It did not protest and had no right to protest. "When you keep silent, you are free." The curtains closed, and he left the guilt behind. Guilt is just another weapon to be controlled, a lie one tells themselves to believe they will one day obtain a correct answer. "What's so different about you? Is your pain more valuable and more moving than other people's?" "Go to the Xianzhou," the one who gave him the coffin said, "Don't forget your promise." "Never." Luocha promised, but silently made another vow. |

Funny war criminal man
Cute annihilator blondie <3
It seems if not all, most of his scaling is Atk. If I build him all of his relic is Atk, his Healing might get overkill which is not applicable for me. I think I will just build him CritRate/Atk or Spd/Imaginary/Atk or EnergyRegen. So that I could benefit from his Atk scaling more. Been waiting from him since start.
its still bad, because no abundance cones offers dmg% or spesifically made to dealing damage
Yep. Still, having that heal, enemy buff remover, and atk scaling can make him a very versatile character.
i honestly really hope this guy doesnt end up being as OP as he sounds.
Not looking forward to more gacha games that powercreep the fuck out of everything every month
He won’t be OP. He is limited 5 star healer – he is supposed to be better than 4 stars and better than standard banner 5 stars.
A lot of his healing power is in his passive, he doesn’t heal on ult. Sure he debuff us and enemies a little. I assume other limited 5 star healers will be able to buff our skills or give us SP back or sth.
He is pretty OP, but hes not a must pull, we have really good defensive units already with Gepard, March, Natasha, Bailu and Fire MC
For now, all the new characters look really strong, but not must pulls
and the only one that was a must pull, Silver Wolf, was nerfed to be just slightly stronger than Bronya, but with less utility
I think Hoyo learned how to handle powercreep a lot better with Genshin
Lmao what? Reading Luocha’s skill descriptions, he seems pretty mid. He’s nowhere near as good as Bailu, which is just sad.
He gives a total of more heal than Bailu (already counted), has a scale from atk (does a lot more damage, although to be honest – it’s still a little), removes buff from all enemies and debuff from the selected ally.
You just don’t want to believe that your Bailu will get powercreep so early.
Has to see but of course you don’t want powercreep so early. That means the next healer will be more OP than him or no one pulling for them. And the next of next healer must be more OP than the last one.
I dunno Bailu can bring people back from the dead, which has already been useful in the simulated universe more times than I can count. Considering the different ways their respective heals operate I would be curious to see how their various healing values were calculated and compared; how realistic they are.
Looks like Luocha needs skill points to heal, if I’m reading his skills correctly. Then there are no clutch ultimate team saves for him. Bailu is all about her ultimate. You shouldn’t really need her skill unless things are going poorly. Luocha healing a character when they attack is also a “win more” ability, not really helpful if things are going badly. Bailu still has the AOE game locked down.
Just to be clear I’m not saying he looks bad or anything. He looks really good. He has a ton of good things packed into his kit that Bailu doesn’t have. Just questioning the powercreep claim because Bailu still looks like a better healer than him in the situations where you want a lot of healing. Single target healing that requires a skill point and healing only when a character can attack doesn’t always cut it.
he’s not that different from bailu, they’re both the same in strong. Luocha able to cleanse and dispel, and bailu has her invigorate which heals on hit and decrese party damage taken by 10%, also she has the power of Qiqi and barbara c6 in E0.
Atk scalling doesnt make luocha has better value, his ult multiplier is really low and no crit&dmg bonus from traces and cones.
this feels like power creep already.
He’s covering so many bases, cannibalising so many other characters, especially if you get eidolons. And honestly, the thing that has me reeling the most is 70% CC resistance. He cannot be stopped.
1) He is not HP but ATK based so he will be squishy
2) Is it really flat 70% chance to resist? What about effect res? I thought it was “your new eff res = your Luocha Effect res + 0,7 * your Luocha Effect res “. If it’s flat I wonder how it will work together with eff res
Heal Cleanse and Debuff in single char. Yub will be good for MoC boss fight and will stay on top until We get a new char with a similar ability + team buff.
“When the Skill’s effect is triggered, removes 1 debuff(s) from a target ally.”
but if we use the Skill, the target can’t be cleared?
Yeah… Seems mega inconvenient and unreliable. Might not pull because of this… Skill use should debuff on use… The effect is nice for emergancy healing but for cleansins is just too rare and too rng.
uhm no? I think skill effect means the WHOLE effect not just the passive heal part
So he actually has an active cleanse every time he uses his skill and a passive cleanse for 1 ally with <50% hp every 2 turn
If it’s what you say then it’s great and Im very happy. If it’s just the passive effect and then cleanse then uber meh.
Using the skill would imply triggering the skill’s effect. It is phrased that way simply to enable his passive to proc it, since the passive doesn’t cast the skill, but just triggers the skill’s effect.
I’m going for Blade does anyone know or have a good understanding of Loucha if he is almost a must for Blade to be significantly better or not?
Luocha is not a must for blade
but having luocha in blade team increase his survivability
luocha can do heal even when its not his turn
his talent can heal a team that attack the enemy(ultimate and follow up atttack count)
and his ascend 4 is where he shine the most
its the same as his talent but instead it heal all except the attacker(yes ultimate and follow up count too)
with talent and ascend 4 in combine your entire team will be healed every time your team attack
He’s a very strong character and I think he can improve my team a lot
краш…
heal scaling atk, auto heal, cleanse teammate and enemy, ult AOE dmg
SS healer
the only problem being almost no LC fit for him
Shared Feeling, Quid pro Quo
i did say almost
The game was just released. Other than Destruction and Hunt, most LCs do not fit most characters. Even fire MC can suit your statement.
Perfect timing is pretty good on him too
