will this lc be good alternative to firefly?
with S5, Xueyi will have another option like use Atk%/ERR% Rope.
So it turns out to be a limited gacha LC, probably. The livestream didn’t mention it, but it’s in the first LC banner,
It will be added to standard gacha and limited lc gachas after it.
My Xueyi is sad, but hopefully it will come out more often than Good Night Sleep Well.

there’s 8 new 4-star light cones and destruction is the only one that repeats, could this one here be free alongside Misha??

This lc should be free for the event because the other destruction 4-star lc is confirmed to have been added to the MoC shop.
UPDATE: The light cone “Indelible Promise” is added to the gacha. It will NOT be offered for free via an event.
