just take the new relic for free 16% crit rate+ salsotto itself 8% and base crit 5% with sign LC 18% and literally just one crit rate substat it will be 50%
just focus on crit dmg

being f2p does not prevent you from rolling on his LC

His skill set looks good, but it seems to me that he should be buffed. His HP scales may look strong, but believe me, they are literally almost the same as x2 ATK scales and if you count them, you will realize that there is nothing special about them. In order not to be weak, he should be strengthened by LC and scales, for the most part, for ST and a little for AoE.
I would also like to see a reduction in the number of stacks for talent. On 1-2. Otherwise, his damage will greatly depend on the number of enemies on the field and how often he is hit. This is bad, he will not be able to compete with other event DPS in this case.
Agreed, though I think his Max HP cap on his ultimate needs to change too. Having the cap at only 90% of his Max HP is kind of low. Theoretically, we can reach his cap HP Loss with only Skill(30%), Forest of Swords(10%), Ultimate(50%). MHY PLEASE buff his base kit
Maybe it’s just me, but his numbers seems to be worse than Dan Heng a Hunt character, but a FREE 4* character(Again, MHY PLEASE buff Blade’s base kit and scaling)
I 100% agree with this. I recently did the calculations on him, and he is straight up mid. Don’t get me wrong, I like his character a lot; But I have to be honest, As a limited 5 star character, there is nothing really special about him.

No, it is the damage received that is needed, and not just the blows received.
Also, Gepard and MC attack enemies on themselves, which is bad for Blade.

so with his lightcone and hp boots + link, he reaches 6k HP, since almost every skill scales with 90% of max HP, if we say he has 100 crit damage and the wind sphere, this guy should hit 14k with follow up attacks and to the main target. Ult probably even more since that ability also has scaling base on missing HP.
He seems hot, and not only by his looks.
FACTS my man. Compared to other DPS carries like Jingyuan/Seele, even considering he scales off HP%, his scalings still don’t look good. BUFF HIM HOYOVERSE AND I’LL E6!!!!!!
Would it be possible to save his ultimate throughout the battle, taking damage and healing, then when you want to nuke an enemy just use his ultimate with the damage stored since the start of the battle?

Yukong might also be good with him. Her ult gives out free crit rate and free crit dmg

Let me make a few points about each Healer/Support for Blade. I will start off by saying we value Attack very low for Blade
Bronya: Buffs Blade would actually find useful are the DMG and AF Boost from her Skill and the Crit DMG from her Ult. He will need a lot more healer support from all the HP loss he will inflict on himself because of all the extra turns.
Tingyun: She only really brings DMG buff and Energy from her Ult. Her Skill’s ATK boost won’t affect him much, and the only situation where you could fully utilise her skill would be if you had a sub-DPS or Luocha in your team as well. I would not recommend using her with Blade.
Yukong: Another unrecommended choice for Blade. She already has absurd Speed-tuning issues because of the very limited duration of her buffs. Blade might not even get the chance to really benefit from her Crit buffs and her ATK buff will likely get used up by other teammates.
Asta: ATK Buff and Speed boost? Just no. Probably the worst choice for him.
Pela: DEF Down is one of the best debuffs for Blade and I value this higher than ATK buffs, and her DEF Down is AoE which Blade is good at dealing with too. The only Con I can think of is that if you want your Blade to get hit, her Freezes may slow down his Charge gains.
Silver Wolf: Same as Pela, brings DEF down and can make bosses weak against Wind but is more single target focused.
Luocha: Brings a lot of powerful passive healing. Other healers don’t come close to his output when built correctly. Recommended if you’re using Bronya with Blade.
Bailu: Another powerful option for Blade. Her skill increases his Max HP by 10% if it overheals him, gives him 10% DMG Reduction, and triggers heals when he is hit. The Max HP buff is relevant because it’ll buff his overall Damage, and is a unique interaction only she brings.
Natasha: The Heal over Time from her skill will trigger twice on his Skill turns, but that’s about it. Otherwise she just heals.
From the above, my recommend teams would be:
Blade/Bronya/Luocha/Pela or Silver Wolf
or
Blade/Pela or Silver Wolf/Bailu/Flex-slot for a sub-DPS
