good on Qingque?
not bad. more sp+ but lack basic attack damage
Is this the BiS for small herta or is Before Dawn still the BiS on her?
No FUA, no good for Baby Herta.
This is considered mediocre from what I’ve seen from people, why is that?
It just doesn’t give much from a damage standpoint. It gives the crit rate which is always nice, 48% damage bonus to her skill and ult, which is where all her damage comes from, it’s also in the group of 5 star LCs with the highest base attack, which is obviously great…. the skill point replenish… I get why it’s there, but it’s still unusual to say the least. She could have a different effect here and it could be a much better LC.
Compare this LC to… an R5 ‘Today Is Another Peaceful Day’. (not F2P, but any low spenders/dolphins will probably have this~) it has 105.84 less base atk, and it lacks the 12% crit rate and skill point replenish, but it boasts a lovely 64% damage bonus (as The Herta will gain the full extent of the effect.)
It will do less damage due to the lower base atk it gives, but frankly, the signature LC isn’t a substantial upgrade over it.
And that’s just one 4 star LC example.
So they should add another effect on top of the previous one like res pen, spd, def ignore or true damage?
I think a good ”rework” or work around would be if instead of giving a skill point once every 2 turns,
they should give when action advanced ignores % def or convert % next skill dmg into True dmg,
2 turns cdr.
This will synergize well with herta self action forward and nerf the Argenti broken factor.
