Does “Once every 3 turns” mean every 3rd turn, or every 4th turn?
If it’s 4th turn then that lines up quite neatly with Dan Heng’s ult rotations, and his skill hitting 4 times should usually proc the effect with 60%ish CR
Weird light Cone but I ball
1 – Proc buff
2 – Buff remains until this turn ends
3 – On CD (3rd turn)
4 – Buff is available again and can proc
If it’s 3rd turn then it doesn’t quite line up… :/
